  1. We offer a 5 day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are also available.
  2. Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 Your order will be Exchanged with in 2 to 3 days Orders will be replaced with in 3 to 4 business days 
  3. A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund for the order. If an order contains multiple items, the reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will apply to each individual item.
  4. In the case of a final sale event or when "No Return/Exchange" is mentioned on the product page, the return and exchange policy will not apply to that particular product.
  5. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. We kindly request that you record a video before opening the parcel. If no video is recorded, the return/exchange policy will not be applicable in case the wrong/damaged product is received.
  7. Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to send it back to the company's address at your own expense. Please note that reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  8. For all returned orders, the refund amount will be credited within 1-2 working days from the date the returned order reaches our warehouse. You will be notified via your registered email address or contact number.
  9. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  10. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

Our support team is available Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any pending queries will be addressed on a priority basis the following day.

 SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The ORDER ID and registered mobile number should be clearly mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with their original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the returned product(s), the full amount plus INR 100 (as courier reimbursement) will be refunded to your bank account.

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @fenovera_ or on Whatsapp: +919537081588  with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
