Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders at all serviceable pin codes.*

No, we do not charge any additional shipping fees on either Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid orders. Shipping is completely free for all serviceable locations.

Each product page features a detailed Size Chart to help you choose the perfect fit. Just click on the “Size Chart” link near the size selection area to view measurements and fit guidance before placing your order.

Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days for metro and Tier I cities. However, delivery to certain pin codes may take a little longer depending on the location.

To raise a return or exchange request, please follow these steps :

  • Visit “Return/Exchange Request” section on our website or app, or simply click here.
  • Fill in the required details as prompted.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the on-screen instructions.

📌 Please note:

  • Return/Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days by our courier partner.
  • Once we receive the product, our team will contact you to confirm the next steps.

⚠️ Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

We levy a return handling fee of ₹100 per item as a reverse shipping charge, which is deducted at the time of refund.

We take utmost care to ensure quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share a clear photograph or unboxing video of item via:

Return requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

  • For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment and credited within 2–3 working days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • For, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders our team will contact you to collect your bank account details, and the refund will be processed to that account within 2–3 working days.
