1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on fenovera.com, including those used by third-party services we have connected to this site. We operate this site for business visitors in the Bay Area and beyond; some visitors may be in jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK GDPR. This policy is written to satisfy disclosure requirements under those laws.

2. What We Store in Your Browser

The table below lists every cookie and browser storage item currently placed by fenovera.com. No HTTP cookies are set by our site.

No HTTP cookies are set. The single item above is stored in your browser's Web Storage (localStorage), not as an HTTP cookie. It is never transmitted to our servers, and it contains only your consent record. It does not track you, identify you, or support any analytics or advertising function.

3. Cookie Categories

We group cookies and storage items into the following categories. Only Strictly Necessary items are currently active on fenovera.com.

Strictly Necessary. These are essential for the website to function. They cannot be disabled via the Cookie Preferences panel. Currently: the fenoveraCookieConsent localStorage item described above.

Analytics. Not currently in use. If activated in a future update, analytics tools would measure how visitors use the site (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources) so we can improve our content and user experience. Analytics scripts will not be loaded before your consent.

Advertising & Marketing. Not currently in use. If activated, advertising tools would enable targeted advertising and remarketing. They will not be loaded before your explicit consent.

4. Your Consent Choices

On your first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of the page presenting three choices:

• Accept All: accepts Strictly Necessary, Analytics, and Advertising categories. (Currently equivalent to Reject Non-Essential since no optional categories are active.)
• Reject Non-Essential: accepts only Strictly Necessary items. No optional scripts are loaded.
• Manage Preferences: opens a panel where you can enable or disable each optional category individually, then save your choice.

Changing your preferences. You can review or change your consent at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. The panel shows your current settings and lets you update them. Changes take effect immediately.

Withdrawing consent. If you previously accepted optional categories, you can withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie Preferences panel by disabling those categories and saving. Any first-party localStorage entries associated with the withdrawn categories will be cleared. Third-party cookies set by those services must be cleared via your browser's cookie controls or the third party's own opt-out mechanism.

Clearing all data manually. You can delete the fenoveraCookieConsent localStorage entry at any time through your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage → fenovera.com) or by clearing all site data for fenovera.com in your browser's privacy settings. This will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal (navigator.globalPrivacyControl = true), we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of any cross-context behavioral advertising and the sharing of personal information as defined by the CCPA. Our consent system detects GPC on your first visit and records a preference of analytics: off and marketing: off, honoring your signal without requiring you to click the banner. Because fenovera.com does not currently engage in the sale or sharing of personal information, a GPC signal does not change our present data practices. If we activate such activities in the future, GPC signals will be honored as required by applicable law.

6. Search Engine Webmaster Tools

We have registered fenovera.com with the following search engine webmaster programs to monitor how the site appears in search results and to receive aggregated performance data (such as search impressions, click-through rates, and indexing status). These programs do not place cookies or tracking scripts on your browser through our site pages.

Google Search Console (Google LLC). We verified ownership via a DNS record. Google's automated crawlers (Googlebot) visit the site periodically to index its content. Google may log technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) as part of normal crawling. This data is processed by Google under its own Privacy Policy and is not linked to individual human visitors by Fenovera LLC. We see only aggregated, anonymized search performance metrics. Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools (Microsoft Corporation). We verified ownership via a DNS record. Microsoft's automated crawlers (Bingbot) visit the site periodically to index its content. Microsoft may log technical request data as part of normal crawling. We see only aggregated search performance metrics in our Bing Webmaster dashboard. Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Automated search engine crawlers are software programs, not human visitors. Crawler activity does not result in any cookies being stored in the browsers of human visitors to fenovera.com.

7. Meta Business Tools (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

We have registered fenovera.com with Meta Business Suite for domain verification, which associates our business presence with this website. Domain verification consists of a DNS record that confirms site ownership to Meta; it does not install the Meta Pixel tracking script, does not set advertising cookies, and does not transmit information about individual visitors to Meta.

We do not currently load the Meta Pixel on fenovera.com. No remarketing, advertising, or behavioral data is sent to Meta from this site. If we activate the Meta Pixel or any Meta advertising SDK in the future, we will update this policy before deployment and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent before loading that script. 8. Form Delivery: Web3Forms

When you submit the contact or quote request forms, your submission is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Web3Forms processes technical information necessary to receive and route your submission, which may include your IP address and browser information, under its own privacy policy. Web3Forms does not set cookies on fenovera.com on our behalf. Your submitted data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

9. Hosting: GitHub Pages

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation). GitHub may process standard server access logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and requested URLs, as part of infrastructure operations and security. These logs are retained and processed by GitHub under its own Privacy Statement and are not used by Fenovera LLC for analytics purposes. GitHub Privacy Statement.

10. Technologies We Do Not Use

At the effective date of this policy, fenovera.com does not use the following technologies, which are commonly found on commercial websites:

• Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
• Meta Pixel or Meta Conversions API
• Google Ads remarketing tags
• LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Microsoft Clarity or Microsoft Advertising (UET) tags
• Any behavioral analytics, session-recording, heatmap, or ad-targeting trackers
• Any HTTP cookies (first-party or third-party)

11. Your Browser Controls

Standard browser cookie controls do not affect localStorage, but all major browsers allow you to clear site data (including localStorage) for specific sites in their privacy or developer settings. To opt out of Google's data collection across the web, visit adssettings.google.com. To opt out of Microsoft's cross-site tracking, visit account.microsoft.com/privacy.

12. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Fenovera LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). The webmaster tools described in this policy do not constitute a sale or share of personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (no opt-out is currently necessary as we do not engage in these activities). 13. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy before activating any new tracking technology or third-party service on fenovera.com. For material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain fresh consent before activating any new optional tracking. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
