Fenovera LLC ("Fenovera," "we," "us," or "our") is a Bay Area distributor of window and door systems for residential and commercial projects. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website at fenovera.com (the "Site"), including our contact and quote request forms. Fenovera is presently acting as a distributor and does not provide architectural, engineering, or installation services through this Site.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information You Submit Through Our Forms

We operate two forms: a general Contact form and a Quote Request form. The fields in each form are listed below. All starred fields are required; all others are optional.

Contact form:

• Full name*
• Email address*
• Company name
• Message*: free-text description of your enquiry, which may include project details you choose to share

Quote Request form:

• Full name*
• Email address*
• Company name
• Project city / location
• Project type: residential, commercial, or other (radio selection)
• Product categories of interest: checkboxes for aluminum windows, uPVC windows, aluminum doors, uPVC doors, PVC windows, PVC doors, or not sure
• Construction type: new construction, replacement, both, or unsure (radio selection)
• Approximate quantity
• Desired delivery date
• Project timeline: approximate lead-time preference (dropdown selection)
• Help selecting products: whether you would like assistance choosing the right product (checkbox)
• Project details: free-text description of your project, which may include dimensions, configurations, finish preferences, or other specifications you choose to share

Please do not submit government identification numbers, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive personal data through these forms. Such information is not needed for a product enquiry or quotation.

We do not operate a user account system. See our Cookie Policy for full details on the limited browser storage used on this Site, including the consent record stored when you make a choice in the cookie banner.

2b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit fenovera.com, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically collect limited technical information to deliver, protect, and diagnose the Site, including:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Requested page or URL
• Date and time of requests
• Referring page or URL
• Server, security, and error logs

This information is processed by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages / GitHub, Inc.) and security infrastructure under their own policies. Fenovera LLC does not currently operate its own server-side analytics and does not use this technical information to identify individual users or build behavioral profiles.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will honor it to the extent legally applicable. Because Fenovera does not currently sell personal information or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, a GPC signal does not change our current practices. If we activate such activities in the future, GPC signals will be respected as required by applicable law.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or quote request
• Provide product specifications, pricing, and availability information
• Follow up on ongoing projects or orders at your request

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that applies a "lawful basis" requirement for processing personal data, we rely on the following bases:

• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): to respond to business enquiries you initiate and to manage our commercial relationships. Our legitimate interest is providing timely, relevant responses to prospective customers; this interest is not overridden by your rights because you choose to contact us and we use your data only for the purpose of that contact.
• Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (e.g., preparing a product quote).
• Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): where we are required to retain or disclose information by applicable law.

5. How We Store and Retain Your Information

Enquiry submissions are received via Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service (see Section 6 below), and stored in our internal email communications. We retain personal information submitted through our forms for a maximum of three (3) years from the date of your last contact with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by the nature of an ongoing commercial relationship. After that period, personal information is deleted or anonymized.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary:

• Form delivery provider (Web3Forms): processes form submissions and transmits them to us. Web3Forms may retain submission data for a limited period consistent with its own privacy policy.
• Website hosting and security providers: process technical log data as part of delivering and protecting the Site (currently GitHub Pages / GitHub, Inc.).
• Email service providers: process messages in transit when we send or receive email at info@fenovera.com.
• Suppliers or manufacturers: we may share relevant project details (such as dimensions, quantities, configurations, and project location) with our suppliers or manufacturers when reasonably necessary to prepare a requested quotation or fulfill a confirmed project. Some of these manufacturers are located outside the United States, including in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. We share only what is needed for the quoting or fulfillment purpose, and we take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled appropriately.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, or other professional advisers, subject to confidentiality obligations, where reasonably necessary for the operation of our business.
• Government authorities: when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fenovera LLC, our customers, or others.

7. International Data Transfers

Fenovera LLC is based in California, United States. If you submit a form from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on the following transfer mechanisms where applicable:

• For transfers from the EEA or UK: we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), as applicable, to the extent required by law when engaging service providers outside the EEA or UK.

In addition, because Fenovera sources products through manufacturers located outside the United States (including in Asia), project information you submit for quoting purposes may be shared with those manufacturers as described in Section 6. By submitting a quote or contact request, you acknowledge that your project information may be processed or reviewed in countries outside the United States and outside the EEA or UK.

By submitting your information through our Site, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents

Fenovera does not currently represent that it meets the statutory thresholds for application of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If and to the extent the CCPA applies, California residents may exercise the rights provided by that law, including rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Fenovera does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; no opt-out action is currently required for those activities.

Fenovera will also voluntarily consider reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification, legal retention obligations, and applicable exceptions. To make a request, contact us at info@fenovera.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond as promptly as reasonably practicable.

If you wish to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, please provide written authorization signed by you along with the request.

EEA, UK, and Other Jurisdictions

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you may have additional rights, including rights of access, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at info@fenovera.com and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we offer, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post the revised policy at this URL at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
